What will happen to my booking with PGL Adventure Camps?

All current school and group bookings will go ahead as planned and are unaffected.

Has my trip been cancelled?

No trips have been cancelled as a result of the sale. If you have any queries in relation to your booking then please contact: 1300 859 895

I can’t get through on the phones, how can I find out about my trip?

Your trip will remain unaffected by the change in ownership.  If you have any questions, but have been unable to get through on the phones, please email us on info@pgladventurecamps.com.au and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We have already paid a deposit, what happens to our money?

Any previously paid money is still connected to the trip you have booked and there is no additional financial impact to you and your school in relation to your forthcoming trip. Any future payments will be to the new company but you will be sent all paperwork as appropriate as per our normal timescales. If you need any further clarification then please contact us on 1300 859 895.

We were planning to book for 2026 or beyond– what happens now?

We will continue to operate across all three of our centres and are able to take bookings for 2026 and beyond. If you wish to book, then please contact our team on 1300 859 895.

We have a provisional booking for 2026 or beyond – what is happening with that?

If you have a provisional booking then I am pleased to confirm we will still be able to accommodate this. Please continue to liaise with our Sales & Customer Relations Team to continue with your booking.

We can confirm that there has been no change to the terms and conditions under which you booked. The camp will proceed with the same activities and will be delivered by the same staff as originally planned.

I have just received an invoice, should I pay this?

Yes, the invoice will  be against PGL Travel Group Pty Ltd and it should be paid as per normal.

I have paid my deposit but I now want to go to a different provider. Can I have a refund please?

As your booking falls under our standard Terms and Conditions, we kindly recommend reviewing the cancellation clause for details specific to your situation. If you have any questions after reviewing it, we’re happy to help clarify.

We have already paid a deposit, what happens to our money?

All deposits paid still relate to your prebooked trip and we will not request any additional monies from those already agreed at the point of booking.

Parent FAQs

My child is booked on a holiday camp with PGL. How can I be assured that they will receive the same care that they have received previously?

While there has been a change in the ultimate ownership of the camp, all staff, activities, and programs have been retained. This means our holiday camps will continue to be delivered to the same high standard as always. If your child has travelled with us before, they can look forward to the same great camp experience they’ve come to know and enjoy.
