Pricing remains the same regardless of accommodation style. / Activities: 2 PGL-Led Activities / 2 Leader-Led Activities with PGL support / Evening Entertainment run by PGL Group Leader and supported by Guide Leaders / Sunday initiative sessions / Girl Guide Getaway Terms and Conditions: By arrangement only. Minimum group size of 30. These weekends are exclusively for Girl Guide groups. Guides must book with a group (not individual bookings). To be read in conjunction with PGL Terms and Conditions and Girl Guides Queensland General Terms and Conditions as below.

4. Accommodation Style (subject to availability) *

5. Catering *

Full catering, includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Usually taken as dinner on day of arrival and lunch on day of departure. Does not include morning or afternoon tea. $54 + GST p/person p/day
Morning and afternoon tea. $8 + GST p/person
Supper: Self-serve tea/coffee and biscuits. $4 + GST p/person
Additional meals: Lunch or Dinner. $18 + GST p/meal
Self-catering, no additional cost. Guests staying in the Platform Tents will have non-exclusive access to Tilley Shelter. PGL will allocate other shelters.

7. Bedding *

Guides will provide all bedding (including fitted sheet).

$220 + GST per activity (Low Ropes, Archery or Orienteering) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Mon – Fri) / $260 + GST per activity (Flying Fox, Abseiling, Canoeing) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Mon - Fri) / $260 + GST per activity (Low Ropes, Archery, Orienteering) per 0-15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sat) / $300 + GST per activity (Flying Fox, Abseiling, Canoeing) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sat) / $300+ GST per activity (Low Ropes, Archery and Orienteering) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sun) / $340 + GST per activity (Flying Fox, Abseiling, Canoeing) per 0 - 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sun). Activity Times are 9am, 10.30am, 1.30pm*, 3pm* * Session times not available on Sundays

9. Do you require Guide-led Activities for a non-guide weekend? *

Guides to use PGL Activity Bases, Guides to provide equipment and instructors. $165 per 90-minute session for a non-Guide weekend. $85 per 2-hour session for Girl Guide Exclusive weekends.

10. Which Girl Guide exclusive dates in 2026 would you like to attend? *

For Girl Guide advertised dates, Girl Guides will have exclusive access to PGL Kindilan and will not be sharing the site with any other groups. For any other weekends, the site may need to be shared with other groups.

11. Terms and Conditions

I have read and understood the terms and conditions listed below. I understand that submitting this form does not confirm a booking. I understand my preferences are subject to availability. A PGL Customer Relations Consultant will contact me to discuss my camp plans.

We will only accept bookings from Guide Group Leaders or Girl Guide Queensland. We cannot accept individual Guide bookings. Guides will only be permitted onsite at PGL Kindilan for a confirmed booking, or pre-arranged site tour via PGL Adventure Camps. These prices are only for active Guide Groups, and Girl Guide participants. Retired Girl Guides and Girl Guide leaders are eligible for these prices if meeting for reasons associated with Girl Guide activities. The Group Leader will be the only person PGL Adventure Camps will communicate with regarding the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, any amendments must be submitted in writing. Girl Guide Getaway Weekends will remain at the same price regardless of when only part of the program is undertaken – i.e. arriving Saturday morning or leaving before lunch on Sunday. The pricing schedule above remains the same regardless of if Guides are attending PGL Kindilan on a Girl Guide Exclusive weekend or not. All prices above exclude 10% GST. GST will be included in the final invoice. For Girl Guide advertised dates, Girl Guides will have exclusive access to PGL Kindilan and will not be sharing the site with any other groups. For any other weekends, the site may need to be shared with other groups, and the standard PGL pricing will apply. There is no minimum group size for Guides attending PGL Kindilan if not participating in a Girl Guide Getaway program. A deposit of $150 is required to confirm the booking within 14 days of receiving Booking Contract, and outside of 14 days prior to the intended arrival date. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, then the booking will be cancelled, and we will release the availability. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by guests. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be based on the final numbers provided by the Party Leader. If the number of guests increases upon arrival a supplementary invoice will be issued. PGL Adventure Camps will maintain the Activity Bases and ensure they are in safe working order. Girl Guides Queensland are responsible for providing all operationally required equipment and personal protective equipment. Girl Guide Queensland are responsible for supplying Activity Leaders (instructors) who have the required qualifications and experience in line with Girl Guide Queensland operational doctrine.
